    Flame Temperature The hottest flame temperature zone begins approximately 12mm (1/2") from the end of the nozzle and extends for 20 to 50mm, depending upon burner size. Maintain these distances from the work-piece for maximum heating effect. The burners must be used at 4 bar pressure and should not be turned down. If a smaller flame is required a smaller burner must be used.
